Terms of Service

By downloading, purchasing or using Winsmate Tweaks you agree to these terms. Please read them. They explain what you get, how it's licensed, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Free and Pro

Winsmate Tweaks is a downloadable Windows utility that applies performance and system tweaks to your PC. The free version costs nothing and doesn't run out: it lets you have up to 30 tweaks on at once, plus the tools listed on our website as free. Pro is a one-time purchase of £7.99 that unlocks everything, with free updates. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are handled by our checkout provider, Payhip, which emails you your Pro key.

2. Your licence

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Winsmate Tweaks on the PCs you own.
• Your Pro key unlocks Pro for one Winsmate account: yours. Once you've used it, Pro works on any PC where you sign in to that account. A key that's already been used on another account can't be used again.
• You may not resell, share or publish your Pro key, or redistribute, rent or sub-licence the software.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or repackage the software to create a competing product, or try to get around the free version's limits.
• If you bought Winsmate before the free version (23 October 2026), you keep every feature on the PC you already use it on. Message us for a key if you move to a new PC.

3. Safe use and your responsibility

Winsmate Tweaks changes Windows registry and system settings. Before each tweak runs it saves the value it replaces, presets and bulk changes create a Windows System Restore point first, and every tweak can be reversed inside the app, apart from the few marked as irreversible (such as Remove OneDrive), which never run as part of a preset. Even so, you use it on your own PC and at your own discretion. You are responsible for choosing which tweaks to apply and for keeping your own backups of important data.

4. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Performance gains vary by hardware, drivers, and game. We can't and don't guarantee any specific FPS, ping, or latency result. FPS figures on our website are results reported by customers, not promises for every system.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Winsmate Tweaks is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6. Anti-cheat and bans

Winsmate Tweaks only changes Windows, driver and network settings. It never touches game files or game memory, and its FPS counter only reads frame timings Windows already records. It is not a cheat and does not interact with anti-cheat software. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party games or platforms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown above.
