Refund Policy

Winsmate Tweaks has a free version, so you can see it working on your own PC before you pay anything. Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, so Pro sales are final. But we'd rather fix a problem than leave you stuck, so here's exactly how we handle it.

Try it first

Download the free version from our website and use it as long as you like: up to 30 tweaks of your choice, PC Check, the FPS Test and more. If it works for you, Pro unlocks the rest.

Digital delivery

The moment you pay, Payhip shows and emails your Pro key. Since the key is delivered immediately and can't be "returned", we don't offer blanket refunds once it has been sent.

What we do instead

If something isn't working, we fix it. Usually the same day:

• A tweak won't apply or something's broken? Message us and we'll troubleshoot it on your PC personally until it runs.
• Key didn't arrive, or it won't unlock? Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order email and we'll sort it right away.
• Bought the wrong thing? Get in touch and we'll help sort it out.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law grants you a right to a refund that can't be waived for digital goods, we honour it.
